Mercy Park

Mercy Park is a stage play currently in development. It was written by Erin Cardillo and is her first venture as a playwright. The original draft was written in 2005, and an intimate reading was done at Warner Loughlin Studios starring Amy Adams, Darren Legallo and Josh Radnor.

The second draft was completed in 2007. A public staged reading was produced by the Blank Theater Company on Jan 14th, 2008 directed by Brendan Hughes. It starred Rachel Boston, Justin Kirk, Tony Pasqualini, Meagan Smith, James Snyder, Terryn Westbrook and Adam Wylie.

A third draft is currently in the works and a fully produced production is coming soon…


Superglue

Superglue is a short film written by Billy Duberstein and produced by Billy Duberstein, Marcus Kayne and Erin Cardillo. It stars Erin Cardillo, Dylan Fergus and Adam Kulbersh, and features Finneus Egan, Eddie Adams and Nelson Pena. Matt Egan was the cinematographer. The film was shot in April 2007 under the SAG Experiment agreement and screened privately at the Silent Movie Theatre in Los Angeles on July 29th, 2008.

The film begins the festival circuit at the Strasbourg International Film Festival in France - September 12-21st, and makes it U.S. premiere at the Temecula Valley Film Festival - September 17-21st.

The Murder of Donovan Slain

The Murder of Donovan Slain is a sixteen minute short film. It was written by Erin Cardillo, directed by Jennifer Kushner and produced by Erin Cardillo, Jennifer Kushner and Whitney Kronke under the blanket of Whitney Kronke's production company One Way Productions. Bob Warpehoski was the cinematographer. David Levy and Greg Gordon Smith composed the original score. The film was shot in July 2003 under the SAG Experiment agreement, and was completed in January 2004.

The Murder of Donovan Slain premiered in the Malibu Film Festival on Saturday September 18th, 2004 at the Santa Monica 4 Plex located at 1332 2nd Street in Santa Monica.

Synopsis: When B-list actress Elizabeth Mack (ERIN CARDILLO) hits a career rock bottom on her 25th birthday, she takes matters into her own hands and literally kills her way to the top. With the help of David Westley (CHRIS GLENN), a Hollywood "It boy", and Ira Cutter (CLINT HOWARD) an underground Hollywood publicist /mortician, Beth makes her way to A-list status only to find that an up-and-comer is waiting in the wings to take her place.

Log-Line: Grimm Street is a dramady in which the fairy tales of the Brother’s Grimm are modernized, intertwined and set in a Baz Lurhman-esque Manhattan.
